Counselors can engage in text and audio chats with students who need advice, counseling or just someone they can speak to. The chats are private and encrypted and student confidentiality is maintained with access policies and security features.
Incident reports that are submitted by students can be forwarded to counselors to review and respond. Counselors can read descriptions of the incidents, look at notes and attached images and documents, and write their own notes and responses to the incidents for the students and internal teams.
The app also has view features for Counselors to be able to know their team members, view self-care content that are available for students, learn from study material uploaded by team members and read shared experiences and stories submissions by students.
A visual dashboard also keeps counselors updated on their progress and statistics.
